CACI is seeking a Operations Integration Support Specialist for a large multi-agency contract.
This position primarily supports remote stations. Core hours will align with the operational requirements of the station being supported.

Job Duties:
• Provide centralized operational support to mission IT partners and external agencies, including confirming customer notifications, verifying maintenance impacts, and identifying acceptable outage windows
• Review and coordinate multi-directorate multi-site requests to execute, repair, restore, or integrate changes to mission operational systems while collaborating with mission partners on risk mitigation and communication strategies
• Support enterprise maintenance timelines by organizing and facilitating meetings, documenting discussions, and distributing action items
• Assist in obtaining approvals for local-impacting actions from the designated Senior Communications Representative
• Ensure enterprise-level maintenance requests are aligned and synchronized with local scheduling processes to keep stakeholders informed
• Contribute to daily web based briefings with leadership on system outages and upcoming maintenance activities impacting mission or personnel
• Understand and help evaluate planned outage processes to identify mission system impacts
• Assist in maintaining a centralized repository of operations support lessons learned
• Support the communication of maintenance activities for freeze boards across multiple supported stations
• Research and report on IT outages resulting from approved maintenance to identify and communicate impacts to supported stations’ leadership

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with IT networks or fundamental knowledge of network design, operations, and maintenance
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable presenting findings to senior managers and leadership in a remote support environment
• Ability to work collaboratively across geographically dispersed, complex organizations
• Must be very comfortable operating independently with minimal oversight in a dynamic, remote support role
• Flexibility to work core hours that match the time zone of the station(s) being supported

Desired Qualifications:
• Current Security+ or Network+ certification
• Experience supporting US government customers and mission partners at remote or offsite stations is highly desired

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$72,700 - $149,200
