HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
In this role, you’ll work on impactful projects that span across key operational areas:

Process Coordination & Execution: Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and operational tasks.Continuous Improvement: Learn and monitor processes to identify opportunities for improvement in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale.Project Support: Assist in project execution and operations activities to achieve KPIs aligned with company standards.Innovation & Collaboration: Contribute ideas for technical alternatives and design improvements while participating in cross-functional initiatives.

 

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT1–2 years of relevant experience (or fresh graduates with strong potential)Fluent in English (verbal and written)Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAction-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learnPassion for operations and continuous improvementWilling to be based in Batangas
