About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Finance Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring either a pharmacy operations or finance background—and the willingness and ability to quickly learn the other side. This individual will play a critical role in bridging operations and finance, helping ensure accuracy in reporting and strong communication with our pharmacy teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Framework Operations Support (Primary Focus for Pharmacist/Operations Support)Assist with workflow best practicesAssist with writing procedures and developing training for Framework usersMaintain Sharepoint or similar site for Guardian guidelines and resourcesAssist with standardization and distribution of excel queries/reports to Framework pharmaciesAssist with pharmacy system conversion, Guardian setup for acquisitions, Boldt-On transactionsProblem-solving, Troubleshooting, Q&A from Presidents, DOO’s, DFA’s, Cycle, Billers, and many other high-level usersBilling SupportAssist with Billing Workflow PracticesAssist with Pricing Support Best PracticesGeneral Support

What We’re Looking For:

Experience working in or with pharmacy operations preferredStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas)Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accuracyEffective communicator, comfortable working cross-functionallyWillingness to learn and grow in both financial and operational areasSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Education and/or Certifications

Bachelor’s Degree in related field or any combination of education and experience which provide equivalent background

Skills and Qualifications

5+ years of related experience (Month-end Reporting, Claim Adjudication, Billing, Operational Workflow)
