Key Responsibilities
The main responsibility of this role will be to review and process our ONE NSF overdraft process, which is a white glove service provided to our clients to assist in circumventing the rejection of ACH or checks presenting to their account due to insufficient funds (NSF). We notify the advisor of any overdraft items that need funding by 1 p.m. CT daily for the item to be honored and not returned NSF. This role also completes audits such as PINS lines to verify IntraFi report delivery in accordance with Books and Records requirements, the review and setting up of cases for Certificate dishonors and non-brokerage bank returns, identifying and setting up of cases to close recurring bank transactions for brokerage accounts that have dishonored. Other responsibilities would be to assist in pulling and providing check copies to client/advisors, working cases to reissue unclaimed checks, and assisting of various AMP Bank and Brokerage tasks.
As a subject matter expert, independently process, reconcile and/or balance for the assigned product according to department policy and procedures. Research and respond to more complex issues escalated from operations teams and take a lead role in communicating resolution status updates to appropriate parties. Identify process improvements and implement solutions as appropriate. Ensure processing of transactions follow industry rules/regulations and internal compliance procedures.
The hours for this position will be Monday-Friday, 6 a.m. CST – 3 p.m. CST.
Hybrid: 4 days in office and 1 days WFH.

Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $44,000-$64,400/year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
