Position - RSP / NBDO Coordinator

Reporting into :  Area OPS Head / Branch OPS Head

KRAs

To drive and monitor the EDD performance for the RSP/BD locations

To drive and maintain the Net Service Level at the expected level for RSP /BD locations

To optimise Per shipment delivery /pickup cost (OCPM)

To ensure Safety and Security of People with close monitoring of health and safety norms.

Continuously conduct training of BD supervisors & RSP on Ops Processes & SOP and monitor adherence.

Close monitoring of \"NIL\" Missed Pickup including RVP & Topay

NIL DG Shipments to be Picked up

To maintain usage of OTM/BOYD to ensure pickup through OTM/BYOD (Etail )

To have strong Inbound Control over processes

Close monitoring of COD Outstandings and nil exceptions.

No Cases of Damage or loss of shipments.
