• Enterprise Process Excellence
Define, standardize, and optimize core processes across departments—engineering, build, operations, finance, HR, compliance, commercial, and customer engagement—ensuring scalability, clarity, and agility.
• Excellence Framework Design & Deployment
Build a structured excellence model tailored to the data center industry—incorporating global best practices (e.g., EdgeConneX playbooks, ITIL, Lean, ISO frameworks), maturity models, and measurable targets.
• Strategic Program Management
Anchor and drive high-impact transformation programs—automation initiatives, SLA governance models, digital twin implementations, resource productivity frameworks, etc.—ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
• Automation & Digitalization
Identify organization-wide opportunities for automation and digital tools that improve productivity, reduce human error, and enable proactive decision-making (e.g., EdgeOS integration, KPI dashboards, centralized workflows).
• Cultural & Capability Building
Drive awareness and adoption of a continuous improvement mindset. Launch internal capability-building sessions (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.), share success stories, and create a repository of organizational knowledge.
• Performance Benchmarking & Analytics
Develop business-wide performance metrics, maturity indices, and excellence scorecards for leadership review—driving fact-based decision-making and accountability across functions.
• Leadership Engagement & Change Management
Work directly with business leadership to shape and execute the excellence roadmap. Influence change across teams and manage resistance by aligning interventions with people, processes, and technology.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strategic Operator: Can zoom out for enterprise-level thinking but also roll up sleeves for execution
• Integrator: Breaks silos, connects people and processes across verticals
• Change Catalyst: Drives behavioral and structural change, not just process tweaks
• Data-Led: Obsessed with metrics, measurement, and insight-driven transformation
• Business-Savvy: Understands the commercial, operational, and customer impact of excellence initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; MBA / Postgraduate in Management preferred
• 10–15 years of experience in organizational excellence / business transformation / strategic initiatives across infra-tech, data center, or high-growth B2B sectors
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional change at scale
• Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), Kaizen, or equivalent certification desirable
• Familiarity with automation, process design, digital tools (e.g., Power BI, Jira, ServiceNow, SAP, etc.)
