Estimated annual base pay: $105,200 (minimum) -$131,500 (midpoint) -$157,800 (maximum)

What you will be doing…
• Supports continuous systemic improvement initiatives to enhance development velocity and cost efficiency
• Creates, maintains, and improves work instructions and best practices within the group
• Develops budgets for profit planning and manages within approved constraints
• Maintains and improves a skilled staff using Talent Management, reviews, salary planning, training matrices, and staffing alignment to meet objectives
• Develops and maintains a training matrix for the group and ensures alignment with business demands
• Translates Engineering Group goals into actionable tasks and supports other teams during critical situations
• Authors or approves organizational documents and operating procedures to maintain efficiency
• Attends external events, such as trade shows and conferences, to identify and implement competitive improvement methods
What we are looking for…
Education:
US – Bachelor's Degree in Sciences (BS)
Experience:
Engineering experience in a related field (6-8 years equivalent experience without a 4 year technical degree)
Greenbelt experience
Demonstrated leadership competency in an engineering environment
License & Certifications:
Champions Training
