What a typical day looks like:
Integrate molding machine data via Linki2 into Node‑RED dashboards for real‑time SPC visualization and reporting.Integrate CNC milling and EDM machine data into Node‑RED for machine utilization analytics (spindle and burn‑time tracking).Job shadow experts across the operation, including Process and Tooling Technicians/Engineers, Machinists, and Operational Leadership.Participate in technical training on Node‑RED, hardware integration, and smart‑factory workflows.Engage in self‑learning, applied problem‑solving, and collaborative innovation.Join team meetings and support project work that drives continuous improvement and engineered solutions.What makes this internship exciting:
