**Date Posted:** 2026-02-04 **Country:** Malaysia **Location:** MY-10-KLANG-009 ~ 9 Lengkuk Keluli 2 ~ 9 LENGKUK KELULI 2-009 **Position Role Type:** Unspecified **Key responsibilities** + Operations Planning & Coordination + Support daily, weekly, and monthly production planning activities, including schedule alignment, capacity readiness, and execution tracking. + Coordinate cross-functional actions with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and EHS to ensure operational readiness. + Track and follow up on action items arising from operations reviews and meetings. + Operations Reporting & Performance Tracking + Prepare and maintain operations dashboards, KPI reports, and performance summaries (e.g. output, backlog, delivery, efficiency). + Consolidate and validate data from multiple sources to support management reviews and escalation discussions. + Ensure reporting accuracy, timeliness, and consistency. + Execution & Administrative Support + Provide execution and administrative support for operations governance, including meeting preparation, minutes, trackers, and documentation. + Support audits, reviews, and management reporting by ensuring required data and records are available. + Act as a central coordination point to ensure operational actions are tracked through to closure. **Qualifications & Requirements** + Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline. + 3–5 years of experience in operations, production planning, or industrial operations support. + Strong coordination, analytical, and reporting skills. + Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and operational reporting tools. + Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment. _RTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
