**Primary Function:**
+ Ensure site compliance to manufacturing controls including food safety, calibration and process integration.
+ Supports operational excellence by managing batch deviations, recipe management and integration of safeguard policies into current work process.
**Major Responsibilities:**
+ Manage GMP food safety engineering, validation for regulated products and site calibration activities.
+ Lead facility and equipment projects and optimize manufacturing processes.
+ Investigate food safety and calibration quality events timely and implement CAPA actions.
+ Optimize documentation for quality systems, cleaning, validation, calibration, SOPs, HACCP plans and food safety policy and protocol.
+ Ensures site Food Safety and Calibration documentation is maintained in an audit-ready state, meeting all statutory, regulatory requirements, division policies & customer expectations.
+ Ensure timely calibration and closure of Maximo calibration work orders, including onsite/offsite calibration activities with external vendors.
+ Comply with the process for managing instrument out-of-tolerance (OOT) escalations.
+ Lead food safety risk assessments and escalate quality records (QRs).
+ Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Control & Instrumentation or related discipline
+ Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, food, or petrochemical industries.
+ Knowledge of calibration systems (Maximo), SAP, and MES/POMS.
+ Strong understanding of GMP, food safety, and microbiological principles.
+ Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
