Operations Engineer

**Primary Function:**
+ Ensure site compliance to manufacturing controls including calibration policies and procedures.
+ Supports operational excellence by oversee the use and maintenance of measuring instruments and planning onsite/offsite calibration with external parties.
**Major Responsibilities:**
+ Lead facility and equipment projects and optimize manufacturing processes.
+ Generate and implement ideas for continuous improvement in operation processes.
+ Investigate calibration quality events promptly and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
+ Review and update procedures to be in compliance with division and site policies.
+ Maintain site calibration documentation in an audit-ready state, meeting statutory, regulatory, divisional, and customer requirements.
+ Ensure timely calibration and closure of Maximo calibration work orders, including coordination with external vendors.
+ Comply with the process for managing instrument out-of-tolerance (OOT) escalations.
+ Provide training for calibration related procedures
+ Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Control & Instrumentation or related discipline
+ Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, food, or petrochemical industries.
+ Knowledge of calibration systems (Maximo), SAP, and MES/POMS.
+ Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
