- leading meetings with stakeholders and documenting follow-up actions, owners, and dates

About the team
The Capacity Engineering team is a key contributor to efforts across AMZL which may impact the last mile network's capacity or utilization; this means we work cross-functionally to bring clarity to ambiguous situations and influence strategic decisions.

Our mission is to ensure AMZL scales to the right capacity in the right place at the right time, and that we are continuously innovating to improve speed for customers and reduce costs to deliver. We are advocates for data-driven models of the real world, but seek frequent feedback (anecdotes and measurements) to better predict the ground truth.
