Role Overview: The Operations & Enablement Specialist plays a pivotal role in orchestrating the strategy, execution, and day-to-day operations of the AICE organization. 

This role connects business priorities with execution — coordinating strategic planning forums and leadership meetings, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring seamless collaboration between the business, digital teams, and external vendors. 

You will be responsible for making sure that priorities are clearly defined, requirements are well-documented, and delivery is efficient, compliant, and aligned with Sanofi’s strategic objectives. This position requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work confidently across functions and geographies.

Main Responsibilities

Strategic Coordination & Alignment

Plan and coordinate AICE’s strategic meetings, workshops, and leadership sessions — including agenda design, pre-read development, and action trackingDrive clarity and alignment across workstreams, ensuring priorities and deliverables are clearly communicated and managedSupport internal communications by consolidating updates, tracking progress, and providing regular visibility into key initiativesAnticipate needs, identify potential risks, and recommend proactive solutions to maintain operational momentum

Program & Project Management

Lead or support the planning and execution of AICE transformation projects, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and timelines are managed effectivelyTranslate strategic goals into actionable project plans with clear owners and success metricsMonitor project progress, surface risks, and ensure accountability through structured governance and reportingPartner with internal and external teams to deliver projects efficiently and at the highest quality

Business & Digital Integration

Serve as the central point of coordination between AICE, GTMC Digital, and business stakeholdersCapture and translate business needs into actionable digital and operational requirementsEnsure all initiatives are compliant, well-documented, and aligned with Sanofi’s business strategy and governance model

Vendor & Partner Management

Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and technology partners to align on scope, priorities, and deliverablesSupport contracting, budgeting, and performance monitoring in partnership with Procurement and FinanceEnsure vendor outputs meet agreed standards, timelines, and strategic objectives

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

Develop and maintain templates, frameworks, and process documentation to drive consistency and scalability across AICE operationsIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate manual tasks, and enhance efficiencySupport onboarding, training, and capability-building activities across global and local teams to accelerate adoption of AICE processes and tools

About you

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or enablement within a global, matrixed organizationStrong understanding of digital transformation, business processes, or marketing operationsExperience in or exposure to the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, including awareness of compliance and regulatory frameworksProven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with clarity and precisionExcellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skillsProactive problem solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentFluency in English required
