The goal of Plan Administration & Implementation is to meet the needs of Retirement Plan Services by providing the best client service possible as it relates to the recordkeeping aspects of Defined Contribution Retirement Plans. Specifically, a Specialist within PAI is responsible for accurately executing high volume processing of complex disbursements and distributions, researching historical activity, managing relationships with internal business partners, and ensuring absolute compliance with all regulatory requirements of ERISA Law.
The Specialist is expected to manage volumes of disbursement and distribution requests while understanding the many operational processes within the group. Position responsibilities include queue oversight and processing, researching, and responding to internal partner requests, maintaining quality control and procedures, creating process improvements, and performing audit fulfillment to meet key deliverables while exceeding client and participant expectations. Flexibility and extreme attention to detail, initiative in researching tasks, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to meet multiple competing deadlines is vital to success in this position. Crucial to success is the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, daily-deadline-driven environment coordinating activities of team members and processing transactions to achieve success with minimal errors. The successful candidate must have superior analytical skills, processing experience/knowledge of SRI is preferred, extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word, as well as the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure that daily client deliverables are met.
