We are pleased to present a prestigious opportunity for an Operations Director who possesses a profound expertise in end-to-end supply chain management. This role is designed for an accomplished leader with automation / auto store experience and a proven track record in complex large-scale leadership.

Operational Leadership: Through your leadership team, you oversee a world class operation that delivers value through a clear continuous improvement agenda to ensure that we always delight our customers.

Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary interface for customer negotiations and issue resolution, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance and deepen customer relationships.

Contract Negotiation: Lead customer contract negotiations and manage third-party supplier negotiations, all while maintaining strict budget oversight.

Complex Problem Solving: Champion cooperation and partnership to provide integrated solutions to complex problems and provide clear and effective communication, collaboration and influence to drive transformational change.

High-Performance Culture: Cultivate a culture of respect and excellence within your team, effectively managing a matrix environment. Focus on developing strong management capabilities through performance management, coaching, mentoring, and the professional development of teams and individuals.
