In this role, you will play a critical role in executing business for our customers, building relationships with them, and partnering with internal teams to ensure their day-to-day needs are met. In-office days are Tuesday/Wednesday. *****Please apply by Sunday, August 17** **Responsibilities** : + Create orders and activate shipments + Build and assign loads, schedule appointments, track and trace shipments + Generate invoices and payments, reject and cancel orders, and update and resolve events + Monitor task boards and assigned email accounts to respond to customer and carrier requests + Utilize standard operating procedures (SOPs) and your experience to meticulously document events + Follow through on customer or carrier requests to ensure satisfaction + Validate and ensure the accuracy of load data in systems according to CHR and customer standards **Required Qualifications:** + High School diploma or GED + Minimum 1 year of experience as an Associate Operations Coordinator **Preferred Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs + Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment + Demonstrated communication, prioritization, and time management skills + Prior work experience that required attention to detail and accuracy + Values a diverse and inclusive work environment We will review applications for this role on an ongoing basis and encourage all interested candidates to apply at their earliest convenience. **Compensation Range** $16.11 - $33.46 The base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
