We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator for the corporate headquarters of Quick Service Restaurants based in West End Edmonton. This is a fully onsite, office-based role (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.) and cannot be performed remotely.

Operations Coordinator (Restaurant Support) responsibilities:
Coordinate operational activities from the head office and provide guidance to restaurant managers on company standards (including product quality and procedures such as “cooking standards”. Share new programs, policies, and initiatives from head office with restaurant locations and support successful implementation Review operational audits and monitor restaurant compliance, identifying opportunities and recommending improvements Run reports and track performance KPIs to support decision-making and restaurant development Assist with scheduling best practices and restaurant operational planning Support local store marketing initiatives (approx. 20% of the role), including preparing PowerPoint presentations and campaign materials Collaborate closely with both the Operations and Marketing leads on project-based deliverables Multi-task across competing priorities, often working in a fast-paced environment with shifting timelinesThe successful candidate has:
2+ years of experience in operations, franchise support, hospitality/restaurant management, or retail leadership Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with franchise managers and corporate stakeholders Business or related post-secondary education preferred Experience with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and strong comfort with reporting, learning systems, and working with data Ability to manage multiple projects, stay organized, and work independently without micromanagement Proactive mindset with strong critical-thinking skills; able to anticipate challenges and prevent issues Fluent in English (written and verbal)Compensation and benefits:
