As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping service requests on track by coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

In this role, you will:

Coordinate service requests and connect with external partners to ensure timely completionMonitor and manage open tasks, following up to keep work moving forwardHandle a mix of communication, including email and moderate phone interaction (10–25 calls/day)Investigate and resolve issues by finding solutions when standard processes don’t applyMaintain accurate records and update systems with relevant activitySupport team workflows and step in when additional coordination is neededBuild strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholdersAssist with setting up new vendors or one-time service arrangementsReview details and agreements to ensure accurate handling of requestsHelp prioritize urgent or time-sensitive work and ensure it’s completed efficientlyWhat You Bring3+ years of recent experience in operations, administrative, customer service, or coordination roles within a corporate settingStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and follow-up abilitiesComfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Ability to adapt quickly and take ownership of your work

Preferred:

Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce

This is a Permanent position based out of Naperville, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
