Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator with a strong background in administrative functions within a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will provide essential support to the Operations Manager, focusing on editing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), initiating process improvements, and generating comprehensive reports.

ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the Operations Manager.Edit and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy and compliance.Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in their implementation.Generate detailed reports to support operational decision-making.Essential SkillsProven experience in data entry and administrative support within a manufacturing setting.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a similar role within a manufacturing company is highly desirable.Ability to effectively use Outlook for communication and scheduling.Work Environment

The position is in-office, Monday through Friday. This is a contract role with the possibility of extension or permanent placement depending on performance and company needs. Our company is experiencing growth with future expansions and acquisitions planned.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
