We're seeking a Temporary Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day office operations in a professional services environment. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing both administrative and hands-on operational tasks.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Support document services (printing, scanning, copying, binding)
Assist with office and event setup, supply management, and maintaining common spaces
Provide basic troubleshooting support for office equipment
Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations
Adapt to shifting priorities and assist with special projects as needed
QualificationsHigh school diploma required; college degree preferred
Previous office or facilities support experience; professional services environment a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proactive mindset-no job too big or too small
