Job Description
This position is for an Operations Coordinator within the Brokerage Operations area, specifically focusing on Online Services. The role involves processing daily work associated with the department, which may include asset movement, account transfers, and new account set-up and maintenance. The ideal candidate will handle both routine and complex transactions efficiently and accurately, proactively identifying and resolving potential problems. The role requires independently following procedures to meet service level agreements and achieve quality metrics while learning, using, and supporting various financial products, software, and systems.
Responsibilities
Process daily work associated with asset movement, account transfers, or new account set-up and maintenance.Process routine and complex transactions in an accurate, timely, and efficient manner.Proactively identify, interpret, and resolve potential problems.Independently follow procedures to meet service level agreements and achieve quality metrics.Learn, use, and support various financial products, software, and systems.Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.Essential Skills
High School Diploma or GED.1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).1+ years of experience in the financial services industry (preferred).1+ years of experience processing in a high volume and deadline-driven environment (preferred).Work Environment
The work environment is business casual with an open cubicle style. The company does not operate on a strict clock-in and clock-out schedule. There is no lunchroom that serves food, but there is a designated place to eat. The working hours are from 8 am to 5 pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Des Moines, Iowa.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
