Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator supports regional operations by efficiently managing assets, coordinating purchases, and optimizing supply distribution to ensure operational excellence and cost effectiveness.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Track and identify underutilized assets throughout the region to maximize resource efficiency
+ Monitor and manage expendable supply inventory across all regional locations
+ Implement hub and spoke distribution system to optimize supply management
+ Coordinate with Houston purchasing team on capital equipment and key product agreements
+ Serve as the regional point person for equipment searches to avoid unnecessary purchases
+ Support domestic operations by coordinating movement of rental and service equipment
+ Provide administrative support to various departments including inventory tracking, marketing, and accounting
+ Ensure compliance with Weatherford's Quality Policy and safety regulations
**Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required (Associate's degree preferred)
+ 3-4+ years oilfield operational experience with 0-1 years coordinator experience
+ Knowledge of Weatherford's service equipment and business operations
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft office
+ Diplomatic skills for effective interaction with internal and external customers
+ Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
+ TWIC card or ability to obtain
+ JDE or Oracle experience preferred
**Additional Information**
+ Travel requirement: Up to 10% domestic and potentially international travel
