Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in streamlining office operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality standards in logistics and administrative support. Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
• Process invoices and payments accurately while adhering to company policies.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to oversee shipping functions and transportation services.
• Maintain quality standards by implementing and following validation plans and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor call center activities to ensure customer service excellence and operational efficiency.
• Assist in creating innovative solutions to streamline processes and improve workflows.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and support business objectives.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites to prepare reports, maintain records, and manage documentation.
• Support business growth initiatives through creativity and proactive problem-solving. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service and office operations roles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with logistics and shipping procedures, including transportation services.
• Ability to follow and enforce company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
