**Your Opportunity:**
The Operations Coordinator will be supporting the initiatives and practices for the Buildings Structures Team in US West. Energetic team-oriented professional, who can work with multiple levels of personnel, provide exceptional customer service and follow through with an array of tasks. This position will work closely with discipline leadership.
**Your Responsibilities:**
+ Assist in oversight & coordination of new hire Buildings specific processes.
+ Assist with ensuring all on-boarding procedures are being followed.
+ Assist coordination of Spec Link licensures, tracking and management
+ Coordination, tracking, updating of Professional licensure for staff.
+ Expense management training and troubleshooting
+ Designated travel arranger for business travel
+ Assist with US West community engagement coordination and volunteer efforts.
+ Assist with staff resourcing and project tracking.
+ Edit, format BC communications, including ppt presentations, newsletters, and SharePoint site.
+ Provides back-up to Operational Staff when necessary.
+ Assist with coordinating and tracking of staff training.
+ Assist in tracking timecard submissions weekly. Timecard administrator
+ As needed, assist with coordination of corporate and staff-related events, and requirements.
+ Engage with our Tech Team to advance technology use throughout the practice.
+ Manages special projects as needed.
+ May champion corporate initiatives as assigned, and other duties as assigned.
**Capabilities and Credentials:**
+ Proven success in knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff.
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Graphic skills, a plus.
+ The ability to consistently demonstrate a professional, respectful demeanor in keeping with the firm’s culture and values.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with expertise in Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint.
+ Knowledge of, or desire and ability to learn global Stantec initiatives and processes.
+ Valid driver’s license with Real ID and good driving record
**Education and Experience:**
+ With a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 10 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather. **Pay Range:**
• Locations in WA, DC & Various CA areas - Min Salary $ 83,700.00 - Max Salary $ 121,400.00
**Pay Transparency:** In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
