Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an Operations Specialist, where you'll focus on executing tasks with quality and efficiency. You will play a crucial role in managing shipments, orders, and customer interactions, ensuring smooth operations in accordance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
ResponsibilitiesProvide shipment information and create orders.Activate shipments and build loads.Assign loads and schedule appointments.Track and trace shipments efficiently.Enter events and perform invoicing tasks.Monitor task boards and assigned email accounts to respond to customer and carrier requests.Document events using knowledge gained through SOPs and experience.Follow defined escalation procedures and training when required.Follow through on customer or carrier requests to ensure satisfaction.Validate and ensure the accuracy of load data in systems according to company and customer standards.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree or 2 years of relevant experience.Attention to detail and strong data entry skills.Proficiency in logistics and vendor relationship management.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with shipment tracking and documentation.Ability to follow SOPs and escalation procedures effectively.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
