Operations Coordinator

Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator with a interest in international travel arrangements and coordination. This position is in operations, fleet movement, or hospitality logistics within a high end cruise line company. This role is responsible for ensuring quality control through accurate data reporting, managing vendor communications, and controlling costs by confirming services and passenger details. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Key Qualifications

Skills:Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to interpret and apply operational procedures and safety rules.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work wit executives and cross-functional teams.Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.Other:Knowledge of geography is a plus.International travel experience - highly desirable

Education

Education: Bachelors Degree OR Certificate from a college/technical school

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $26.44/hr.
