DHL, an award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Operations Coordinator to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

\n

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

\n

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

\n\nTo work across multiple contracts to support Local (Tamworth) and In-plant activities (Milton Keynes)\nCo-ordinate all International multi mode transport operations and ensure relevant legislation is adhered to.\nSupport the development of processes to manage freight movements and demonstrate control over carriers utilised ensuring service quality.\nCreate & tender collection requirements to predefined carrier base utilising DHL's web based system (OTM) and other systems\nCoordinates shipment from NOR (notice of readiness) through to delivery using the customer and DHL systems.\nWork closely with all stakeholders to ensure that DHL provides the Customer with a best in class supply chain solution through the use of mutually agreed carriers\n\n
