Join us! **Job Description:** This is a new position to process tax reporting for W8,W9, 1099 and 1042 and Accounts Payable. Responsibilities will include but not limited to: + Gather New W8 and W9 (NEW) + Review W9 Tax form to verify required fields are complete (NEW forms/onboarding) + Validate W9 Tax Forms in IRS Website + Review W8 Tax form to verify required fields are complete + Complete W8 Processing Template + Review W8 Tax form, W8 Processing Template and Invoice + Validate W8 Tax Forms that are reportable based on the Tax Compliance Team's review + Upload W8 & W9 Tax Form to Content Suite + Update SORs (LMS & Infolease) with Tax Form information + Withholding requirements-if applicable + Validate Withholding requirements The successful candidate will need to have strong organization skills & attention to detail and will also be involved in audit support, risk compliance testing, ad hoc reporting and projects as they arise.
