Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
Demonstrates competence in the areas of critical thinking, interpersonal relationships, and technical skills.Gathers and organizes data to assist Operations Project Mangers to effectively analyze operations, logistics, and financial information to support optimal use of organizational resources and timely achievement of short and long-term goals.Assumes accountability for monitoring scope, budget, and timeline for capital projects as assigned by the Operations Project Director.In collaboration with the Operations Project Managers, facilitates initiation of approved capital projects.Works with the Operations Project Manager to determine priority of project and notifies end users of projects approvals.Facilitating primary quote submission to the capital acquisition process by initiating contact with specified vendors and reviewing configurations with end users.In collaboration with the Operations Project Manager, coordinates all elements of the capital authorization process.Maintains and acts as e-Builder systems administrator for assigned areas.Maintains and publishes the Capital Tracking Sheet.Maintains and tracks procurement activity for construction projects.Assists Project Managers in monitoring scope, budget, and time line for projects in assigned areas.Assists Project Managers in monitoring delivery and installation for projects in assigned areas.Coordinates weekly schedule of activities reflecting anticipated capital deliveries, critical meetings, and due dates for major project milestones.Assist in space management and implementation as assigned.Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.These statements are intended to describe the essential functions of the job and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities.
