Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
• Ability to utilize data analysis techniques to identify meaningful relationships, patterns or trends from complex data sets to discover opportunities for quality improvement and support decision-making
• Proficient in SQL and Python programming languages, Tableau, SAP HANA, SQL database and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong business acumen, with a focus on driving efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement
• Self-starter who is detail oriented, well organized and able to multi-task and self-prioritize within in a dynamic and demanding environment
• Ability to effectively drive change
• MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
• Willingness to travel to Lufkin site at least twice per year and for training, as needed
Desired Skills:
• Proficient in R programming language and working knowledge of HTML
• Working knowledge in software such as Minitab, Sharepoint, Matlab, Domino, Jupyter Notebook
• Experience with machine learning, artificial intelligence or other advanced analytics techniques
• Experience in working with data integration and data warehousing solutions
• Experience in a manufacturing/assembly setting
• Familiarity with Lockheed Martin's operations and programs
• Lean Six Sigma Certified (Green Belt or Black Belt)

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $77,000 - $133,400. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
