The Operations Analyst provides day-to-day administrative and operational support for the Client/Account, with a primary focus on managing end-to-end onboarding of contingent staff and vendors.

About the Role:Serve as the first line of support for administrative and operational functions, providing timely responses, issue resolution, and guidance to stakeholders.Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for contingent staff and vendors.Coordinate with FM Leaders to manage, validate, and maintain accurate data within Smartsheet, ensuring updates are completed in a timely and consistent manner.

About You:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or equivalent.2+ years in operations/admin support, or vendor management.Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook and Smartsheet.Experience in Workforce management tool called Beeline will be an added advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication; strong stakeholder management and follow-through.
