Operations Analyst – Non-IT
Position: Operations Analyst – 6-Month Contract-to-Hire Location: Palo Alto, CA (Hybrid schedule) Are you a detail-oriented analyst who enjoys turning data into insights and supporting operational excellence? This contract-to-hire opportunity offers the chance to work with a leading healthcare systems organization, specifically joining a dynamic team focused on improving business processes and driving efficiency across operations. What You’ll Do + Analyze operational reports to support strategic decision-making + Prepare and submit requisitions and requests to keep workflows moving + Create polished PowerPoint presentations that communicate data clearly + Support day-to-day operations using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint + Learn and apply Workday tools to streamline administrative tasks (training provided) + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution What You Bring + 3–5 years of experience in business analysis or operations support + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills + Strong communication and interpersonal abilities + A finance operations experience is a plus + Eagerness to learn new systems and contribute to a mission-driven team Why This Role Stands Out + Opportunity to transition into a full-time role + No prior healthcare experience required + Work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your contributions matter + Gain exposure to enterprise systems like Workday Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $44.00 - $56.90/hr.
