You will be responsible for communicating booking updates with our key excursion & transfer suppliers and destination teams to ensure a smooth Service Delivery operation.

Other European languages would be advantageous.Great organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Experience in the leisure and tourism industry is desirable.Able to work in a flexible manner (including different shifts Monday-Sunday)Able to solve problems independently and embrace our digital culture.Easily adapt to working changes and quickly learn new skillsA collaborative and great team playerAbility to prioritize in day-by-day workloadABOUT THE JOBOversee and manage hotel and land service reservations for groups and individualsEnsure last minute operational changes and/or reservationsEnsure all reservations are managed in detail and suppliers receive them on timeLoad correctly all reservations in the systemSend all needed documents (final details and vouchers) to the clientsSend the proforma invoice to the clients in advance when pre-payment is requiredRequest and monitor pre-payments both of clients and suppliersSolve daily operational issuesAssist clients when on the spot through the emergency lineRe-check all reservations day by dayMonitor booking positions for groups and send weekly updates to the hotelsLocal guide contractingSupplier invoices discrepancy check
