Zinia leverages the technological resources and expertise of Openbank, the digital-native bank of the Santander Group, which is currently rolling out its international expansion plans. Mission and responsibilities:
The candidate will join the processes and operations team at Openbank, the digital bank of Santander Group, particularly in the Finance & Monitoring department. The main responsibility is to ensure prompt detection of incidents affecting Customers and accounting books by monitoring operational and accounting Control Model as part of BAU Team.
The main tasks of this role will be the following:
- Management of control model and incidents in Production.
- Management of reconciliations and incidents in Production.
- Dashboards and KPIs control.
- Incidents remediation and manual adjustments execution.
- Definition and implementation of control model (accounting and operative control model).
- Definition and implementation of reconciliations.
- Definition and implementation of new control tools and reports (dashboards, reports, manual entries).
- Continuous search for efficiency and automation.
To be successful in the role you must have:
- At least 4 years working experience in the bank sector, ideally in Operations, Accounting or IT areas.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration.
- Proven experience related to accounting and operational Control Models, both implementation and monitoring.
- Expert knowledge and experience of Assets products (Loans, Credit Cards…), from operational and accounting schemas perspective.
- Experience in definition and implementation of Core Banking Control Models.
- Experience in definition and implementation of Reconciliations.
- SQL programming knowledge, IA knowledge would be an asset.
- Financial knowledge would be an asset (accounting attributes, GL accounts…).
