Key Responsibilities:
Documenting procedures and supporting control testing.Supporting asset management risk, compliance, or investment operations teams.KRI management monthly Risk of Change (ROC), ad-hoc Request for Proposal (RFP) and Due Diligence questionnaires (DDQ) ad-hoc Risk Issue and Acceptance ad-hoc Governance Dashboards and Reports monthly Emerging Risks & Global Transformation.Daily operational activities, such as data validation, reconciliations, performance checks, pricing support, or risk reporting.Review large data sets for summary analysis and identify issues accurately.Required Qualifications:
2 - 5 years of experience in asset management, investment operations, or financial analysis, (preferably supporting global teams).Master’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics; experience in a related field (e.g., risk management at an asset management firm, and auditing at a Big Four firm).Experience with daily operational activities, such as data validation, reconciliations, performance checks, pricing support, or risk reporting. Strong Excel skills, including functions used for data review and variance analysis. Familiarity with common reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Confluence).Clear written and verbal communication (English) for coordination with US and UK/EMEA teams.Familiarity with operational risk management standards, including risk and control self-assessments (RCSA), risk events, key risk indicators (KRIs), control testing, process flows, in addition to the sub bullets below for governance and reporting:Preferred Qualification:
Understanding of regulatory topics relevant to global asset management (e.g., US ’40 Act funds, UCITS, SEBI).Experience with asset management and risk management industry systems such as Workiva, Archer, Charles River, Aladdin, and Bloomberg.About Our Company
