Description Operational Readiness Risk Analyst Key Responsibilities: • Assess and validate the readiness of operational and IT teams to support the upgraded commercial lending platform. • Ensure training plans are in place, executed, and effective for all impacted user groups, including business operations, IT support, and front-line staff. • Identify and track operational risks related to people, process, and technology readiness. • Collaborate with change management, training, and business leads to ensure communication plans and training materials are aligned with project milestones. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
