Your Role:

The Operational Quality Assurance Technician conducts routine checks on operational processes, investigates complaints, documents findings, and collaborates with Quality Assurance and production teams to address quality issues. This role ensures adherence to quality standards and promotes cross-functional teamwork within Autonomous Teams. This position is based in St. Louis at 3500 Dekalb Street.

 

 Responsibilities:

Perform routine quality inspections to identify and address potential issuesEnsure products meet compliance standards and customer specificationsHelp identify and prioritize high-risk areas for Quality Assurance effortsExecute Quality Assurance tasks efficiently to support production processesEnsure adherence to regulatory requirements in all Quality Assurance activitiesKeep accurate records of Quality Assurance inspections and findingsWork closely with production to integrate quality managementParticipate in initiatives to enhance Quality Assurance processes and capabilities

 

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED with 1+ years experience in a life science or physical science role (Lab Technician, Research Assistant, etc.) OR 1+ years of college coursework in Life or Physical Sciences (Chemistry, Physics, etc.)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with safety and quality regulationsGood computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, and ability to learn and operate using other specific application software (SAP, Trackwise, etc.)Excellent communication (verbal & written) and customer services skills

 

Pay Range for this position: $19.00-$30.00/Hour

 

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
