Roles and responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Lead and coach the local logistics operations team focused on order entry, order logistics and warehousing activities. Responsible for order processing and invoicing of Instruments and RCO business and on time delivery to customers.Review orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.Inventory management and planning: Establish and monitor measures to ensure the optimum stock level, minimize scrap while ensuring customer needs.Digital logistics lead: Local lead for the implementation of new ERP system and other solutions. Process Excellence: Identify and implement lean processes across the function. Develop and maintain S&OP procedures to track performance and identify areas for improvementCompliance & Customs: Ensure adherence to Egyptian authorities, import/export activities, etc.Partner with local functions as Business Management, Finance and Sales to support growth targets.Acts as the key interface between global functions and local entity as their interest.  

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Laboratory or Medical Sciences, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.10+ years of Experience in Supply Chain management, Diagnostics environment is an advantage.Preferred background in diagnostics, healthcare, or the pharmaceutical sector.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with SAP in OTC/logistics or similar systems.Excellent English and Arabic speaking are mandatory, Other languages are a plus (French, German.)Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop diverse teams.Demonstrated ability to lead teams and guide projects to successful completion.Skilled in analyzing challenges and implementing practical solutions.Capable of maintaining focus and efficiency in high-stress environments.Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn, contribute, and support team members.Inventory planning and 3PL warehouse operations, Order Entry management.
