The Operational Excellence Leader - Americas will be responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintaining, repairing and refurbishing sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering.
As an Operational Excellence Leader - Americas, you will be responsible for:
Presenting project plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders (EB and SEB) within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teams.Handling complex project processes.Handling important business unit clients and complex processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders.Providing technical direction and guidance to craft labor in support of a power equipment outage.Participating in discussions about the future of the business requiring frequent and thorough interaction with other functions.Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.Have a minimum of 10 additional years of experience in Field Service and Technical Advising.Work in a way that works for you
