Our client is looking for an experienced Operational Excellence Leader to drive key initiatives in manufacturing and packaging. Operational Excellence Leader Responsibilities:

Lead and implement Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to support continuous improvement goals Use data analysis to identify inefficiencies, improve safety, reduce downtime, and boost productivity Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, increase output, and improve equipment performance Provide training and coaching to help build a culture of continuous improvement Develop and track KPIs to measure performance and progress Leverage automation and digital tools to enhance process efficiency Partner with leadership to support change initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives

Operational Excellence Leader Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field 7+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical preferred) with strong understanding of GMP Minimum 3 years leading process improvement initiatives in an operations setting Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification Practical experience with Lean tools such as Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, RCCA, SMED, and 5S Strong data interpretation and analytical problem-solving skills Confident communicator with leadership skills and team engagement experience Flexible to support multiple shifts (Day, Afternoon, Night) as project needs arise

Employment Details:

Day Shift (with flexibility depending on project needs) Salary up to $130K, based on experience Direct Hire Supportive Company Culture Career Growth Opportunities
