Provide strategic leadership to the corporate BE team comprising the Regulatory, QA/QC, Systems (QMS/ IMS) and Operational Excellence.
Oversee and mentor site-based functions for QA, QC, and Operational Excellence across multiple manufacturing locations.
Lead and integrate Business Excellence initiatives across Business Processes, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and evolving stake holder requirements.
Providing mentorship, and guidance for setting financial targets and budgets, and monitoring performance against them.
Spearhead improvement initiatives across functions, identifying opportunities and implementing solutions through TQM, Six Sigma, Lean, and other CI frameworks to enhance robust processes and efficiency.
Engage directly with global and domestic customers to address quality-related queries, resolve issues, and support strategic quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure full regulatory compliance across all operating geographies and maintain a robust audit-ready environment.

Focusing on impactful areas of the business to drive EBITDA improvement, involving end-to-end value chain analysis to identify losses and inefficiencies.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats to business continuity, operational integrity, and regulatory compliance.
Identify and evaluate industry-leading best practices, benchmark current processes and driving changes for improvement.
Lead cross-functional improvement projects focused on cost optimization, efficiency and productivity.
Champion a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organization, promoting an organizational mindset of excellence, encouraging employee participation, and establishing mechanisms for structured feedback and learning.
Competence Education & Experience
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field; additional qualifications in TQM, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence preferred. Master’s in business administration is desirable.
25+ yrs of progressive experience in the specialty chemicals industry, with demonstrated leadership across multi-location manufacturing setups. Knowledge
Proven expertise in QA, QC, Regulatory and Operational Excellence functions with global exposure.
Strong understanding of quality systems, regulatory frameworks, and customer expectations in both Indian and global markets
