**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Design, lead, and implement continuous improvement and operational transformation projects. + Identify opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction across business processes. + Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologies. + Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor operational performance. + Train and develop employees in continuous improvement methodologies. + Performs process audits and operational gap analyses. + Collaborate with key areas (production, logistics, finance, quality, etc.) to ensure cross-functional improvement. + Coordinates cross functional teams through Strategy Deployment (Hoshin Kanri) and Kaizen/Kaikaku + Ability to develop standard work and create tiered Gemba process **Who You Are:** + You focus efforts on continuous improvement; interested in identifying and seizing opportunities for alignment and integration. You articulate a compelling, inspired, and relatable vision and communicate the vision with a sense of purpose about the future. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related field. + 5+ years of confirmed experience in a related role, with some combination of experience in key functional roles: Continuous improvement, Operations, Operational excellence. + Good knowledge in core OPEX tools, VSA, Line balancing, Heijunka, Jidoka, 3P and strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive decision-making. + Experience in manufacturing environments. + Experience in cultural transformations. + Ability to work in cross functional teams. + Good communication skills, bilingual in English and Spanish: Proficient in both written and spoken languages. + Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, 5S, etc. methodologies. + Process analysis, value stream mapping (VSM), operational indicators. + Data analysis tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, Minitab, etc.). + Analytical thinking and results oriented. **Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:** + Master’s degree in administration, Quality, or related fields is desirable. + Experience in Lean/Six Sigma projects (preferably with Green Belt certification). + Project management (PMP certification or similar) **Our Culture & Commitment to You:** + We are a company committed to our people and the environment.
