In addition to valuable work experience, students can also have the opportunity to build leadership and functional skills through leadership exposure, training workshops, presentation skills, communicating in the workplace at different levels and other enriching topics. **You will be responsible for:** + Execute designated Continues Improvement Activities, Projects or Analysis to Improve Efficiency, Productivity, Process Flow, 5S, Floor Space, among others. + Use of Lean & Six Sigma Principles to minimize waste and improve productivity within manufacturing operation among others. + Provide new insights, prepare presentations, perform time studies, propose new layouts, Engineering test protocols and reports. + Perform Data Collection, Simulation Modeling and Analysis. + Support Regular Engineers on Project activities related. **Qualifications / Requirements:** + Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required. + Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Chemical, or related Engineering fields. + Have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework. + Requires fluency in Spanish and English; must have excellent ability to write in English and Spanish. + Engineering Courses align to process or product improvement. + Capable of performing critical thinking analysis and reports using Statistical Analysis, Graphics, Drawings, Flowcharts, Proposed layouts of Processing Areas and any other analytical tools. + Computer Software knowledge and Experience : Minitab®, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Project®, Microsoft Office®, Windows®, Visio®, Microsoft Teams and ZOOM. + Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future.
