Join Mitie's Operational Excellence Team as a Change Management Leader

We're looking for a Change Management Lead to join our Group Operational Excellence team — the engine behind Mitie's transformation. This is your opportunity to lead high-impact change initiatives across a £3.4bn business, helping us simplify, standardise, and optimise how we operate.

What you'll be doing:

Leading transformational change projects across Mitie to deliver measurable business value. Designing and embedding the Mitie Standard for Change Management using the ADKAR model. Developing and delivering training programmes to build change and process improvement capability. Establishing and leading Business Readiness Implementation Groups (BRIGs) to support smooth transitions. Coaching and advising teams on the right tools and techniques to maximise impact. Using AI and data insights to identify opportunities for Intelligent Process Automation (IPA). Driving cross-business improvement projects that enhance margins and operational performance. Building and leading a network of change champions to support and embed change initiatives.

What you'll bring:

Degree-level education (or equivalent). Prosci Certified Advanced Change Practitioner (PCACP) certification. 5+ years of experience in leading change management initiatives. Experience embedding change methodologies in large, complex organisations. Desirable: ACMP/APMG Change Management qualifications and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. A track record of delivering Operational Excellence in outsourced service environments.
