Highly analytical and results-driven Operational Efficiency Controller to join our Operations team, supporting the performance of our dialysis clinic network. This role partners closely with regional and clinic managers to drive efficiency and quality across all operational areas. The Business Controller will also work in close coordination with Operational Excellence, Finance, Procurement, and Accounting to ensure alignment on cost control, budget planning, and operational performance.

Tasks:

Analyze and track clinic-level KPIs: treatment volumes, cost per session, staff efficiency, utilization ratios, and patient outcomesProvide performance dashboards, insights, and reports to operations leadershipCollaborate with regional and clinic managers to optimize resource use and standardize performanceSupport the development of forecasts, budgets, and capacity planning based on clinic activityMonitor labor usage, overtime, and productivity trends at the clinic levelDrive efficiency and quality through data-driven initiatives and field supportSupport new clinic launches, expansions, and turnaround plans through operational modelingPrepare and present monthly operational performance reviewsEnsure alignment with key departments to support business goalsLead or support continuous improvement projects focused on cost, efficiency, and service delivery

Skills & requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Minimum 5 years of experience in a controlling or operations analytics role, preferably in multi-site healthcare or clinical servicesStrong knowledge of operational and financial KPIs Ability to manage and interpret complex data sets to drive actionable insightsStrong communication skills and proven ability to collaborate across departmentsFamiliarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for financial and procurement trackingHigh proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other reporting/visualization toolsFluent in English (written and spoken)
