As our Operational Data Analyst you’ll transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive smarter decisions. You’ll play a key role in collecting, analysing, and presenting information across the business — ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on opportunity to help shape how we use data to deliver performance excellence. Based in Garden Island, Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, consolidate, and validate data from a wide range of sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.Analyse trends and key metrics to support informed, evidence-based decision-making.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and visualisations using BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel).Present insights in a clear, engaging, and actionable format for diverse audiences.Document and maintain business processes to promote clarity, efficiency, and compliance.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices.Support the creation of data dictionaries, process maps, and reporting guides.Your Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
Tertiary qualifications (or equivalent experience) in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.Proven experience with data analysis, business intelligence, or performance reporting.Advanced skills in BI and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and data integrity.Skilled in process documentation, mapping, and optimisation.Excellent communicator — able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.Proactive, collaborative, and passionate about continuous improvement.WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO APPLY
