Your role:

Define supply chain requirements for New Product Introductions and drive implementation of these with cross-functional stakeholdersInvolvement in Design reviews, DFMAT, DFM, Prototype Builds and ensure operations requirements are metEstablish and Organize NPI and Manufacturing process in compliance with QMS and Regulatory standardsPrepare NPI Supply Chain data in SAP. Accountable for integrity of MasterdataCo-ordinates with cross functional groups and ensure smooth handover to Operational PurchasingDevelop Phase in/Phase out plans for make/buy items.Ensure timely information transfer to all stakeholders impacted by the new product introductions.Advise SCM manager on Go/No-Go decisions on PDLM Process milestones.Drive SC activities with target of first pass yieldEstablish Lean supply chain (Inbound / Outbound) and ensure Supplier capacity as per AOP + 3 Year as per Business caseEvaluate Pick to order/ Make to stock / Make to order concept for flexible manufacturing and subsequently optimizing the lead-time for the Customer.Lead and manage design change management through change control boardSupport for supplier defect reduction, lead time reduction, inventory reduction etc.


You're the right fit if:

2-5 years of experience in Material Planning, Supply Chain Management, Data Analysis or equivalent.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Data Analysis and Statistics, Business Analytics or equivalent.

Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Data Analysis & Interpretation

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems

Inventory Management System

Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
