Job Description

The Operational Buyer is responsible for assuring timely availability of all required materials for a diversity of projects. This includes making quotes, placing orders, inventory analysis, following up orders, solving issues and work preparation.

Your role:

Material Procurement: Ensure timely availability of all required materials for various projects.Inventory Analysis: Monitor and analyze inventory levels to maintain optimal stock.Quoting: Prepare and manage quotes for materials and services. Request pricing, lead time and minimal order quantities at suppliers.Order Placement: Place orders with suppliers and ensure accuracy and completeness.Order Follow-Up: Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery. Process order confirmations and arrange pull-ins or alternative options with suppliers where needed.Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues related to orders, deliveries, or materials.Work Preparation: Prepare and organize work processes related to procurement and material management.

You're the right fit if:

Any purchasing, procurement or supply chain education.A Minimum of 2 years of experience as an operational buyer or in material planning or supply chain management activities.Extensive Microsoft Excel experience

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
