The Accounting Manager – Stores plays a critical leadership role in supporting day-to-day accounting operations for a robust multi-location business where traffic and transaction volumes are consistently strong. Requirements Job Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required + Prior public accounting experience is required, with experience from a Big 4 or large regional firm strongly preferred + 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership of degreed accounting professionals + Strong technical accounting skills with hands-on general ledger, reconciliation, and financial analysis experience + Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-transaction environment with multiple retail stores and ecommerce operations + Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications + Excellent communication, prioritization, and project management skills This hybrid role offers a three-day in-office schedule, access to a fun, pet-friendly headquarters, and the chance to contribute to a thriving brand where teamwork and culture are core to success.
