Operational Accountant

In this role, you will:

Perform operational accounting activities related to account transactions and maintenanceProcess and resolve assigned cases accurately, according to written procedures and within established timeframesAssist in reconciling general ledger accountsComplete daily risk control related processes, and proceduresResearch, investigate and document errors, items out of balance, and other work needing resolutionReview and approve work of employees to ensure compliance, accuracy and alignment with proceduresComplete additional tasks as requested by leadership for special projects or new tasks related to the line of businessAnswer internal and external questions by email and/or phone to resolve client operational needsResolve client statements issues, resolve customer billing and fee setup issues, assist with revenue share schedule exception calculations, research out of balances related to payment processing, and research credit limit mismatches within the systemsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsAssist in writing and updating operational proceduresCoach and provide input to team members concerning errors, following procedures and improving accuracy


Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Operational Accounting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Job Expectations:

This position offers a hybrid work scheduleSpecific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Salary Range:

Posted locations: $68,000.00 - $104,000.00 Annually
